Ice ships products to destinations within the United States, and we make commercially reasonable efforts to process all orders placed online within 1 business day. We process orders Monday through Friday, except on national bank holidays. You will receive an e-mail notification when your products have shipped.

Retail purchases may be exchanged or returned at the store where the purchase was made, pursuant to that store’s exchange and return policies.
Online purchases may be exchanged or returned to Ice if postmarked within 14 days from the delivery date. Please ensure items show no signs of use and are returned in their original packaging. Ice reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with these requirements.
Buyer is responsible for paying shipping costs for exchanged or returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
When shipping an exchange or return item, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Ice does not guarantee that the item will be delivered, and any loss or damage to the products in transit is Buyer’s responsibility. Buyer is responsible for any additional charges incurred for tracking or insurance.
